Admissions — Inaugural Class

WITCH,
PLEASE.

The alternative MBA for coaches.

You learned how to coach. Now build the business only you could build.

The Premise

Business school teaches you how to build a business. It cannot tell you which business is yours to build.

You trained. You certified. You are genuinely good in the room and your clients get results. And still you cannot say in one sentence what kind of coach you are, who exactly you help, or why someone would choose you over anyone else.

That is not a work-ethic problem. It is an identity problem wearing a marketing costume. Most business advice hands you someone else's formula and asks you to shrink into it — which is why the funnel, the niche and the sales script never quite sound like you.

So we begin somewhere else. Astrology, numerology and intuition are instruments of self-knowledge here, not decoration: language for your strengths, your authority, your worldview and the parts of yourself you have been editing out of your work. Then rigorous strategy builds the business outward from that.

Strategy tells you how. The esoteric tells you what is actually yours to build.

The Four Disciplines

Four instruments. One business.

I

Business Strategy

Niche, positioning, offer design, pricing, messaging, client acquisition, growth. The rigor of a proper business education, applied to a business only you could run.

II

Astrology & Numerology

Not a side module and not prophecy. Centuries-old languages for temperament, appetite, authority and timing — used to tell you who you are before anyone tells you what to sell.

III

Intuition & Identity

The parts of you that never made it into your professional identity, brought back in on purpose. Most coaches are underselling the thing that actually makes them distinctive.

IV

Artificial Intelligence

Ancient intelligence meets artificial intelligence. AI researches, synthesizes and drafts so you move faster. Vana, a human coach and strategist, holds the judgment.

Who This Is For

Trained coaches who know they are excellent with clients, and still cannot turn that into a clear business that reliably makes money.

  • What kind of coach am I actually?
  • Who exactly am I supposed to help?
  • What am I actually selling?
  • Why would someone choose me over another coach?
  • What should my niche be?
  • How do I explain what I do without sounding generic?
  • How do I find paying clients consistently?
  • Why am I this good and still not making money?
The Curriculum

Seven terms.

Who am I → who do I help → what do I sell → how do I talk about it → where do clients come from → how do I execute → how do I grow. Term I is yours the moment you matriculate. Terms II through VII open with the inaugural class, led live by Vana.

  1. I

    Identity

Who are you as a coach?

What you are unusually good at, what you naturally have authority around, your worldview and lived experience — read through your answers, your chart and your numbers, including the parts of yourself you have been leaving out of your business.

  2. II

    Positioning

    Who are you for?

Turn that self-knowledge into a specific client, a real problem and a niche you can finally say out loud without second-guessing the next morning.

  3. III

    Offer Design

    What are you actually selling?

Turn what you are uniquely good at into something a person can understand, want and buy — structure, delivery and price included.

  4. IV

    Language

How do you talk about it?

Say what you do in words that sound unmistakably like you, instead of generic coaching copy or somebody else's sales script.

  5. V

    Demand

Where do the clients come from?

A realistic, repeatable way to get in front of the right people — chosen for your temperament, not by posting endlessly and hoping for a DM.

  6. VI

    Instruments

How do you execute faster without outsourcing yourself?

AI for research, synthesis, drafting and systems, with your judgment, intelligence and voice kept firmly at the center.

  7. VII

    Growth

How does this become a real business?

Clients, pricing, capacity and leverage in a ninety-day and twelve-month plan, so you stop reinventing the business every month.

The Inaugural Class

Twenty-two founding places. One inaugural class.

The inaugural class matriculates into our flagship experience, Witch Better Have My Business.

A seven-day intensive in which we take your Blueprint and argue it into a real business: your niche, your offer, your language and a plan you can hold. Vana leads every session.

Term I — Yours Immediately

My Business Blueprint

The moment you matriculate you complete your Admissions Profile — your practice, your clients, your ambition, and your birth data. Then your Blueprint is drafted.

It reads your answers first, your chart and numbers second, and returns a strategist's working hypotheses: what you are unfairly good at, who you should serve, what to sell, and how to say it. Vana refines it with you in the room.

Your Unfair Advantage
What you are actually built to do well.
Your Natural Authority
The register you should be speaking from.
The Client Only You Should Serve
A specific, arguable hypothesis about your niche.
What You Left Out
The parts of you missing from your business, named plainly.
The Offer To Build First
One concrete offer, positioned and priced.
Your First Term
Sequenced moves for the next ninety days.
A Note from the Founder

Business school taught me how to build a business. The esoteric taught me which business was mine.

I did the MBA at Oxford, and I learned the frameworks properly. Then I certified as a coach, and I was good at it. I could get results in the room and I could not, for the life of me, turn that into a business. There were months I barely made money.

I could not say what I was offering, who it was for, what my niche was, or how to market any of it. So I did what everyone does: another framework, another funnel, another sales formula — while quietly wondering whether I could justify spending on one more course when my own business wasn't reliably paying me.

What was actually missing was me. Astrology, numerology and a spiritual life had been mine for years, kept carefully in a separate room from my professional identity, as though the two could not sit at the same table.

When I let them in, they gave me language, identity and certainty: who I was, what I naturally brought, what I actually wanted to build. And then the conventional strategy became dramatically more useful, because I finally knew what I was applying it to. I grew my own coaching business tenfold in three months — my experience, not a promise about yours.

That is the whole premise of Witch, Please. Strategy is rigorous here. So is the esoteric. No prophecy, no costume, no claims about your revenue — just the founder first, and the business built outward from her.

— Vana, Founder, Witch, Please.

Before You Enroll

“Do I really need another business course?”

Probably not, if what you need is another formula. You may already own certifications, marketing programs, sales frameworks and course logins — and still not have a business that is clear or consistently paying you.

Those didn't fail because you picked badly. They began at step two: here is the system, now fit yourself into it. If the system was built from someone else's temperament, the misfit is structural, and no amount of discipline closes it.

We start at step one — you — and build the strategy outward. Same rigor, opposite starting point.

Questions
Do I need to know anything about astrology?
No. Some students know their whole chart; others know nothing at all. The business thinking is identical either way — the chart is an input about you, not a syllabus.
Is this an astrology course?
No. It is a business school for coaches, and most of your time goes to niche, positioning, offers, language and growth. Astrology and numerology are not a bonus module here either — they are how we work out who the business belongs to before we build it.
Is the coaching done by AI?
No. Vana is your coach and strategist, and she leads every live session. AI drafts and synthesizes in the background so the human hours are spent on judgment rather than admin.
What happens the moment I enroll?
You create your account, complete your Admissions Profile, and your Business Blueprint is drafted immediately. You do not wait for the intensive to begin the work.
What if I don't know my exact birth time?
It is optional. Without it we simply work without houses and the Ascendant rather than guessing them. Everything else still calculates.
Is my chart used to make decisions about my business?
It is used to generate hypotheses, which you and Vana then argue with. Nothing about your chart is treated as a verdict, a prediction, or a reason to do anything.
